Editorial Feedback
For a flat rate, I will provide detailed feedback on the strengths of your work, as well as suggestions on where the narrative may be improved. This feedback will consider language, plot, characterization, style, and theme.

$20 – feedback for up to 4,000 words of flash or short fiction, or an excerpt of a novel (preferably the first chapter(s)).

$25 – feedback for 4,000-8,000 words of flash or short fiction, or an excerpt of a novel (preferably the first chapter(s)).

$30 – feedback for 8,000 words-12,000 of flash or short fiction, or an excerpt of a novel (preferably the first chapter(s)).

Line Editing
For a flat rate, I will edit your work line-by-line, offering suggestions on grammar, spelling, word choice, and structure. I will also provide feedback on the subject, plot, characterization, style, and theme of the work.

$50 – substantive line editing for up to 4,000 words of flash or short fiction, or an excerpt of a novel.

$75 – substantive line editing for 4,000-8,000 words of flash or short fiction, or an excerpt of a novel.

$100 – substantive line editing for 8,000 words-12,000 of flash or short fiction, or an excerpt of a novel.

Note: Please only utilize this service for works of literary fiction. While I appreciate the value of genre fiction, poetry, and nonfiction, I believe I do not have the skills necessary to edit these works.
